Snowfall in the Fall when there is still colorful leaves on the trees makes for beautiful scenes. We received about 3-4 inches of heavy wet snow the other day that created these dreamlike landscapes. As a very passionate photographer, I was so anxious to get out there and see the effect this little snow had on our landscape, and I was not disappointed. By mid-afternoon, most of this snow had melted, and there was hardly any snow left on the trees. I was so glad I went out early. Freshly fallen snow can create such beauty…Hope you enjoy these images….
The Colors of Fall in New England
My latest trip to view the foliage was a short weekend trip up to the Monadnock region of New Hampshire. This region in southern New Hampshire is well known for it’s famous mountain, Mt. Monadnock… (3165 ft). This mountain is one of the most climbed mountains in the country, as I could easily see, as the parking lot was completely full. The scenery around the mountain was really spectacular as I hope you can see in some of the images I have included in this post.
